What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the named Enterprise Account Executive to establish a long‑term global account plan, with buy‑in from senior levels of ANSYS organization:
o Understand the regional customer
o Understand regional customer’s internal relationships, including the individual decision makers and key influencers
o Develop knowledge of competitors
o Identify regional customer’s problems, key business initiatives and create ROI‑based proposals aligned to initiatives and generating business outcomes for customer
o Develop approach and business case (including required investments) to deliver sustainable growth for regional customers growth
o Define potential of the regional account and tie this information into revenue expectations and resource planning
* Create roadmap for regional customers to drive penetration across ANSYS product lines
* Monitor regional customer satisfaction and communicate customer concerns to the named Enterprise Account Executive; communicate ANSYS commitment to the customer and manage customer expectations
* Support customer engagement efforts regionally through frequent customer interaction, program support and activity under GAM guidance
* Establish relationships with regional customer executives who can serve as business champions for ANSYS
* Collaborate globally with account teams, product specialists, other functions within ANSYS, remote sites, and business partners to ensure a synergistic, companywide approach to the account
* Support the named Enterprise Account Executive to facilitate contract negotiations to achieve a win for both sides
* Maintain pipeline to meet goals and accurately enter data into Salesforce
* Complete administrative work including but not limited to quotation generation, order processing, delivery, acceptance inspection, NDA and other contract preparation
* Remain knowledgeable and keep abreast of ANSYS new and existing products

* Serve as a trusted advisor to regional customers, helping them navigate Synopsys’ portfolio and achieve their goals
What You’ll Need
* Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business or related field with 2+ years of successful technical sales experience OR 4+ years of successful technical sales experience
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities while tracking progress
* Works under close managerial supervision
* Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory
* Travel: up to 50%
* Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and account management principles
* Experience using CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for pipeline and data management
* Ability to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends to inform account strategy
* Proficiency in preparing business cases, quotations, and contract documentation
* Familiarity with technology solutions, ideally within software, semiconductor, or engineering domains
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
