About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Workshop & Site Technician to join our team. The role involves building, assembling, maintaining, and deploying pipeline pigging equipment in both workshop and site environments. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone practical, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembly and manufacture of pipeline pigs and associated equipment
* Inspection, maintenance, and repair of tools
* Preparing equipment for site mobilisation
* Attending site works, including pigging operations and support activities
* Following HSE procedures and company quality standards
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the workshop and on site
Requirements
* Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience in a workshop or industrial environment
* Experience with pipeline equipment or similar mechanical systems preferred
* Strong awareness of HSE requirements
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel and work on site when required
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience in pipeline pigging or oil & gas industry
* Welding or fabrication experience
* CSCS, CCNSG, or other relevant site certifications
