SEN Learning Support Assistant – Part-Time, Flexible Days Location: West Sussex Contract: Part-time, flexible days (set school hours) Pay: £89.38 – £110 per day This role is ideal if you’re looking for part-time work on specific days of the week, while working full school days when booked. You’ll support pupils with additional needs throughout the school day, helping them remain engaged, regulated, and confident in their learning within a structured SEN environment. Please note: This role offers flexibility in which days you work, not flexible working hours. The school day follows a fixed timetable.
