We’re supporting SEN schools and PRUs across Redcar, and they’re looking for calm, confident, and compassionate Teaching Assistants who know how to bring out the best in pupils with additional needs. What you’ll be doing You’ll be the steady, reliable presence that helps students feel safe and understood. Expect hands-on support with pupils who have: SEMH needs ADHD Autism Challenging behaviours Barriers to learning that need patience, structure, and a warm approach No two days look the same in these settings, but one thing is constant, your impact matters.
