VANRATH are recruiting a Senior Estimator to work for a leading Main Contractor that work on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, based in either Belfast or Newry. Remuneration: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE + package Client: Well established Main Contractor with decades of experience delivering a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across various sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial and community sectors. The business work alongside public bodies, private clients and housing associations with trust relationships and repeat business built on reliability, consistent disciplined and competent delivery. The Senior Estimator will build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, supply chain, workshop and contract teams and maintain good communications throughout the tender process.
