Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer
Ref: PR16092 Stratford £55,000 pa - £65,000 pa
Working in a modern practice with high quality work, you will manage your caseload with a focus on client satisfaction and easing the complex conveyancing process for many London clients, including HNW. Working in a firm which has a superb reputation and is both Lexcel and CQS accredited, the role comes with up-to-date technology and both paralegal and admin support.
The team of five fee earners manage clients across London, and further afield, with a majority of enquiries coming directly from long term relationships and connections, as well as the firm’s own internal referral culture.
To be considered, you will be confident managing your own caseload, and happy to take responsibility for efficiently managing the conveyancing process, with the luxury of your support team opening files, requesting searches, drafting correspondence, speaking with brokers and ensuring funds are in place, leaving you to undertake fee earning work which will include compliance, raising and answering enquiries, being available to speak to your clients and other parties and ensure you use your technical and legal knowledge to provide complete client satisfaction for ongoing repeat business and building your own reputation further.
