Overview
This role is for a Content Marketing Manager to build and execute the digital marketing strategy for a fast-moving B2B tech start-up. You will own the content strategy across channels, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and drive measurable impact from day one.
What You'll Do:
* Own and drive our digital content strategy across channels – email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and beyond.
* Plan, create, and distribute high-impact content.
* Use Google Analytics, Outreach.IO, and other marketing tools to track performance and continuously improve campaigns.
* Manage our website, landing pages, and lead generation with conversion in mind.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to align messaging, identify opportunities, and move the needle.
* Test, learn, adapt, and grow with the business.
Who You Are:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS.
* Comfortable being a team of one – strategic, tactical, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
* Strong accountability and confidence with stakeholders.
* A versatile writer with proven experience crafting compelling marketing copy.
* Strong understanding of content marketing, email automation, and performance analytics.
* Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Outreach.IO, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot (or similar).
* A sharp communicator with a passion for tech and a hunger to make an impact.
* Bonus: Experience marketing to healthcare or regulated industries.
