Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy office team in Lutterworth. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the smooth running of the office, with plenty of day-to-day variety and the opportunity to get involved in projects and improvements.

Key responsibilities

1. Take ownership of day-to-day office administration, staying responsive to business needs.
2. Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls professionally, passing on clear messages.
3. Manage correspondence, including emails and incoming/outgoing post.
4. Maintain accurate filing systems and keep databases up to date.
5. Support the service delivery process by ensuring compliance, collecting activity logs and updating systems.
6. Support projects and IT initiatives as required.
7. Undertake other administrative tasks as needed to support the successful operation of the business.

Qualifications

8. Confident using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Docs) and quick to learn new systems.
9. Proven experience in office administration within a busy environment.
10. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
11. Self-motivated, flexible and able to work on your own initiative.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
14. A supportive team player with the confidence to work independently.
