I am seeking an outstanding and forward-thinking Head of Engineering to lead and deliver an inspiring curriculum within a dynamic secondary school located in the north Liverpool area. Someone with strong experience and subject knowledge is necessary and dedicated to making a difference in students' learning process and educational experience.
You should be completely confident in your abilities to conduct lessons utilizing your subject knowledge with the ability to adapt your lessons to students' abilities. The successful qualified Science Teacher will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge in Engineering or a related STEM field
* Proven leadership experience within a school setting (departmental or subject lead experience desirable)
* Passionate about delivering innovative and inclusive engineering education
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
