* Complete and verify financial assessments for care contributions
* Prepare documentation for deputyship, deceased estates, and client transitions
* Respond to client queries and provide front-line support when needed
* Conduct client visits and occasional property checks
* Liaise with social workers, care providers, and external agencies
* Maintain accurate records and meet safeguarding and compliance deadlines
* Support team initiatives to improve client engagement and identify new opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Empathetic and confident working with vulnerable individuals
* Able to follow instructions and work independently
* A clear communicator (written and verbal)
* Knowledgeable about DWP benefits and social care systems (preferred)
* A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset

Why Join Us?

At Appointee Services Ltd, you'll be part of a purpose-led business that values:

* People-first service
* Integrity and excellence
* Ongoing development and support

You will be empowered to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Job Details

* Job Type: Part-time
* Pay: From £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
* Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in health and social care
* Willingness to Travel: Required for client visits and property checks
* Location: UK-based (travel expenses reimbursed where applicable)
