Job Description
Become a vital part of our Caring Services team as a Hub Coordinator, helping ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. You'll be the first point of contact for families, referrers and clinical teams—managing rotas, scheduling visits, updating patient information and supporting smooth, compassionate care delivery.

Role: Hub Coordinator
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £24,465 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Camborne, Cornwall
Qualifications
* IT Literacy – Microsoft Word Excel Email and internet
* Experience of working within a customer services environment
* Experience of working in an office environment (desirable)
* Producing management and statistical reports
* A desire to help others, work towards targets and develop their skills
* Ability to solve problems and take proactive action to address issues
* Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
* Willing to work with a degree of flexibility according to the needs of the trainee & the charity
