Your new role Working under the direction of the Exams Officer / Data Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring both internal and external examinations are conducted in line with regulations and in a calm, supportive environment. You will be responsible for setting up exam rooms, checking attendance, supervising students during exams, and collecting and returning examination materials. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As an Exam Invigilator at Lift Rawlett, you will help create an environment where students feel supported and able to perform at their best during examinations. What you'll need to succeed You will be able to manage groups confidently and professionally, demonstrating clear communication and a calm approach in a formal exam setting. You will have strong organisational skills, high levels of integrity, and the ability to follow procedures accurately. You will be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, equality, and inclusion. Previous experience in a school or exam environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
