Job Overview
From the moment customers enter the store to when they leave, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience. As a Store Assistant, you will contribute to a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same and help maximise shop sales and profits while supporting the day-to-day running of the shop.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide authentic customer service that creates amazing experiences and builds rapport with customers.
* Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
* Educate customers on products and assist with styling to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain store standards both front and back of house, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, and collaboration with loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
* Manage cash and adhere to policies for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
* Encourage customer loyalty by promoting upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability.
* Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
* Passion for the brand and a positive, professional attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
