Events Executive Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Events the responsibilities and essential job functions includes but not limited to the following:
* Planning and organising of Club Events to continuously engage members and to take charge of several interest groups and sections under Member Engagement.
* Able to plan events and execution including coordinating with vendors and following up with the necessary arrangement.
* Manage events registration process and to create a streamlined experience for the members.
* Ensure all Social events and Member Engagement Activity enquiries and registrations are answered, followed up and executed in a timely manner (within 24 Hours).
* Oversee all administrative work relating to Events Department which includes raising POs, generating reports, event orders, filing, meeting minutes recording, preparing meeting agenda and presentations etc.
* Ensuring all Club Events promotional materials are updated in the Club and all areas such as website, digital boards, signages etc.
* Work together with other departments on all logistical requirements to ensure the successful execution of Club events.
* Support the Head of Events in running the F1 event, including logistics matters and administrative tasks.
* Ensure all documents are properly recorded and maintained with good administrative practice.
* Responsible for overseeing all inventory under the Events Department.
