The Role
You will join a Legal 500 ranked Insolvency team advising on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters across both contentious and non contentious work. This includes advising insolvency practitioners, handling corporate restructuring, winding up issues, debt assignments, breach of duty matters and complex cross border insolvency issues.
You will work closely with respected partners, gain hands on exposure to high value matters and have opportunities to collaborate with international offices and develop your own client relationships.
