As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, user‐centred digital experiences that meet customer needs while supporting business goals. Working closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders, you will translate insights, data and requirements into thoughtful, high‐quality interfaces and end‐to‐end journeys.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Responsibilities:
* Define and own the UX vision for client's eCommerce acquisition and upgrade journeys, ensuring alignment with customer needs and commercial objectives.
* Drive experience innovation, introducing fresh ideas and modern approaches to uplift digital retail performance.
* Balance short‐term delivery pressures with longer‐term design transformation and strategic journey optimisation.
* Lead and oversee end‐to‐end UX design, from discovery through execution, ensuring consistency across device, SIM‐only and accessories journeys.
* Partner closely with product managers, developers, designers and commercial teams to translate business requirements and customer insights into high-impact, data-driven UX solutions.
* Use qualitative research, quantitative analytics, and experimentation to validate concepts and optimise conversion.
* Ensure all experiences meet high standards of design quality, accessibility and usability, leveraging and continuously evolving the design system.
* Provide design support during development, ensuring technical feasibility and smooth execution of UX solutions.
* Champion customer‐centric thinking within eComm squads and across wider digital product teams.
* Collaborate with trading, commercial and data teams to drive continuous optimisation of KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, attachment rate, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintaining a balance of speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity and experimentation within the team.
Must Haves:
* Proven experience in UX design for eCommerce, ideally within a large-scale, customer-facing digital business.
* Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
* Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, data, commercial and trading.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, behavioural insights and UX optimisation techniques.
* Ability to manage complex journeys and multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping direction with limited information.
* A mindset that's innovative, curious, and solutions‐oriented.
