Responsibilities
* Carry out preventative maintenance program
* Carry out reactive maintenance works
* To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times
* Wide range of gas maintenance and repair work
* Ensure all paperwork is compliant to current legislation
* Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
* Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's
Qualifications
* Commercial Gas qualifications (essential) e.g. BMP1, CDGA1, CIGA1, COCN1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, Level 3 Diploma in Gas Utilisation Installation & Maintenance
* Previous experience within the FM industry and building services knowledge
Working Hours & Contracts
* Monday - Friday, 08:30-14:30
* Covering multiple hospital, GP and commercial office contracts
