You’ll be part of a hands-on, audience-led Visitor Experience team delivering everything from candlelit concerts to family trails, artist-led festive moments, and seasonal programming that brings stories to life.You’ll help shape experiences that are welcoming, inclusive and full of heart.It’s a role where you’ll “dabble in a bit of everything” - perfect if you love variety and learning by doing. Bringing events, exhibitions and activities to life with creativity and care, you will support the daily operations to ensure every visitor feels welcome, inspired and safe. You will work closely with volunteers and partners to help coordinate and develop the team, while also taking on Duty Management responsibilities as part of the rota.
