Tasks
TheRole: NMITE seeks a dynamic Marketing and EventsCoordinator to play a pivotal role in promoting the institutionattracting future students and engaging with diverse audiences.This individual will work closely with the Marketing andCommunications Manager to coordinate campaigns and facilitate thesuccessful delivery of student recruitment events fostering strongworking relationships across departments. The role will involvedigital marketing website administration content developmentcopywriting email marketing andevents.
Responsibilities mayinclude:
* Developing and implementingmarketing campaigns to drive student recruitment increase brandawareness and promote university initiatives working under theleadership of the Marketing and CommunicationsManager.
* Supporting and enhancing NMITEsdigital channels across platforms including the website andexternal profiles.
* Coordinating delivering andevaluating various NMITE events including open days campus visitstaster days and other oncampusevents.
* Overseeing the schedule of externalstudent recruitment events ensuring staff and students are preparedbriefed and able to represent NMITE effectively. To frequentlyattend and represent NMITE at theseevents.
* Supporting with planning executing andmonitoring email marketing campaigns to nurture leads anddisseminate important information to prospective students currentstudents and other stakeholders using the appropriatesystems.
* Develop compelling and engagingcontent utilising strong copywriting skills to promote the NMITEbrand and values.
* Taking responsibility forlogistical arrangements relating to open days and other oncampusevents including liaison with external and internal suppliers andservice providers
* Managing event budgetstimelines and postevent evaluations to measure success and identifyareas for improvement.
* Supervising the work ofStudent Ambassadors making decisions in accordance with establishedpolicy and procedures whereappropriate
* Representing NMITE at externalevents like HE and careers fairs including preparing and deliveringpresentations.
* Using the CRM system to managedata and support conversion of enquiries through to the next stagein their journey through identifying opportunities and trends e.g.conversion from a degree enquiry to anapplication.
* Staying up to date with industryand higher education sector trends and best practices to bring newideas and strategies to theteam

Requirements
Qualificationsand Experience
* Educatedto a minimum of Higher National Certificate (HNC) level ordemonstrate equivalent experience ideally within marketing andevents.
* Experience working in marketing with afocus on events and/or marketingcommunications.
* Good knowledge of digitalchannels and content creation
* Demonstrableexperience in event
* Good knowledge of CRMsystems and email platforms (such asMailchimp)
* Design experience such as Adobe isdesirable.
* Previous HE experience isdesirable.
* UK Driving license is essential forthis role.
