Development Accountant | £40,000 - £42,500 per annum | 12 month FTC | North West | Hybrid Working;
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a large Social Housing Assocaition based in the North West who are looking to recruit a Development Accountant to their team. The role offers hybrid working, flexi-time and other great benefits.
Duties:
* Support the financial management of housing development projects
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Monitor and control development costs, ensuring financial accuracy
* Work closely with project teams to provide financial insights and analysis
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and housing sector standards
Experience:
* Experience in development accounting, project finance, or management accounting
* Strong financial analysis, forecasting and reporting skills
* Knowledge of housing development finance (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business
