This National Account Manager position offers the chance to take ownership of a high-profile retail portfolio and shape commercial strategy across multiple channels. With a clear pathway to Senior NAM within 9–12 months, it’s a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to step up, take the reins, and make a visible impact.


What You’ll Be Doing...

* Managing and growing key accounts across Grocery (Asda, Morrisons, Ocado), High Street (John Lewis, Next, Sephora), and Pharmacy (Alliance, Pharmacy2U)
* Leading joint business planning, promotional strategy, and forecasting to deliver commercial targets
* Using consumer insights to inform account strategy and drive category growth
* Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution
* Rolling up your sleeves to build strong relationships, solve problems, and unlock new opportunities
* Supporting the Head of Commercial with strategic initiatives and contributing to wider business planning


What We’re Looking For...

* A commercially astute NAM with experience in D2C, Health & Beauty, Grocery or FMCG
* Proven success managing national retail accounts and delivering growth
* Comfortable navigating both strategic planning and hands-on execution
* Insight-led, with a strong grasp of consumer behaviour and category dynamics
* Ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow into a senior role
* Based in Yorkshire or able to commute—hybrid working with Mondays and Tuesdays from home
