Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components based on specifications.
* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings.
* Monitor machine operation, make adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
* Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to requirements.
* Follow safety procedures and collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience with CNC machines or similar manufacturing roles.
* Understanding of technical drawings.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn new technologies.
* Vocational training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
