The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on CRM Manager who thrives on writing standout content, building creative campaigns, and executing strategic CRM journeys. You’ll own the end-to-end CRM function - from strategy to delivery and play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our patients and prospects. This is a full-time, office-based role in Leeds with real long-term potential to build and lead a CRM team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and own the CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle
* Write engaging, high-performing content for emails, automations, and customer journeys
* Build and design email campaigns in HubSpot - not just write them, but bring them to life creatively and technically
* Create automated workflows to ensure emails are triggered at the right moments in the customer journey
* Manage segmentation, testing, and reporting to continuously improve performance
* Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and operations to align messaging and timing
* Lay the foundation for a future CRM team, with the opportunity to step into leadership as the business grows
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of CRM or email marketing experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment
* Strong copywriting skills with a creative and commercial edge
* Excellent knowledge of HubSpot: from creating emails to building workflows and reporting
* A strategic thinker who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and execute
* Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
* Organised, self-motivated, and excited to build something from the ground up
* Ambition to grow into a leadership role and build a team
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Knowledge of lead scoring, SMS marketing, or omni-channel CRM strategies
