This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is looking for a role that could develop into a permanent position. The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence and develop socially and emotionally. You may be working 1:1 with a child, supporting small groups, or assisting the class teacher with wider classroom support.
