Assistant Centre Manager Needed in Southport
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 basic + bonus scheme
Our client, a rapidly expanding national automotive service provider, is seeking a hands‑on, dynamic, and commercially driven Assistant Centre Manager to support the daily operations of their Southport branch. Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Centre Manager with day‑to‑day depot operations
* Support technicians in the workshop when required
* Achieve and and KPI targets
* Mentor and coach the team to ensure high standards of performance
* Maintain optimal stock levels and operational efficiency
* Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and operational procedures
Requirements
* Technical or mechanical background with the ability to assist in the workshop
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to drive performancei>
* Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
* Full UK driving licence
* Good knowledge of the automotive industry and Health & Safety requirements
