About the Job
East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKH) is a 75-bed acute care hospital with a medium-sized Laboratory offering Core Lab, Microbiology, Histology, and Pathology. It is a regional referral site for selected testing, with a cohesive team of Medical Technologists and Med Lab Assistants. Duties include performing routine and complex tests, collecting and receiving specimens, entering data into the LIS, validating/reporting test results, maintaining instruments, and preparing solutions and control agents.
This is a Permanent Full-Time (1.00 FTE) position.
