* Deliver and achieve results to the high standards expected by Edwards & Pearce, clients and candidates.
* Problem solve and overcome difficult conversations in challenging situations.
* Adapt to changing work demands and be ready to drop everything for urgent assignments.
* Be disciplined in evaluating and managing the many parts of the role and working to deadlines.
