Job Title: Secure Power Services Commercial Lead UKI Mission: To drive our Secure Power Services offer into our key customer base, and customers where we have high install base. Supporting commercial and complex opportunities to help advance service revenue for the UK&I zone in a blended technical and commercial customer facing role. Key Responsibilities: Primarily a Face-to-Face role which is high in customer activity and customer facing time in the field, whilst also balancing some digital and time remotely. Supporting the development of annual sales and marketing plans, driving them through our various sales functions and supporting with its deployment. Technically supporting our Secure Power products and services areas to a high level and aiding the sales team with the correct specification, advice and solutions for our end customer. Mature services offer knowledge with an understanding of our digital capabilities and solutions linking to our services offers in the organisation. Clear understanding of digital monitoring systems linked to our UPS & cooling offers. Working with our global sales functions to drive the go-to-market strategy for the business, along with driving essential and business critical topics. Holistically viewing the zone pipeline in Secure Power Services, understanding large and/or complex opportunities. Focusing on growth of opportunities, conversion rates and gaps for development. Aiding and supporting the upskilling of our sales team on the service offer in Secure Power Services. Supporting the sales teams with the customer along with driving some of your own opportunities. Driving sales initiatives focused on supporting and developing our overall pipeline. Focus on connecting customers to our digital software and platforms aiding their operational efficiency and demonstrating ROI on operation expenditure. Working inside our management team to help demonstrate gaps in sales, development areas in our sales teams, and areas for improvement in specific segments. Actively demonstrating some of our digital tools and acting as an ambassador for SE software's and the customer tools responsible for articulating our value proposition in services. Ensuring contractual business growth within the offer, looking for opportunities to grow existing contracts through multi-technology or number of critical assets in management. All with the view increasing the services contractual (annual run-rate) business in the offer. Skills and Attributes: Affluent in MS Office. Capable to work effectively in a matrix organisation. Technical background and capability on our Systems/Services offer. Sales and or Technical Sales Experience > 4years.
