CCG OSM specialises in the off‑site manufacture of closed‑panel timber systems and operates from one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in the UK. The company principally serves the construction arm of the CCG Group, delivering housing and care homes across the country, and is currently recruiting a Supervisor to support the ongoing expansion of the Group’s construction activities across the Central Belt.
SALARY: £13.67 to £15.50 D.O.E. with an incentive for achieving weekly targets, paid annually.
HOURS: Back shift 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30‑minute break each day, Friday 14:00 to 18:00 – 34 hours per week, plus a 10.5% shift allowance on back shift.
LOCATION: 2 Drumhead Road, Glasgow East Investment Park, G32 8EX
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear direction and set appropriate standards of behaviour, motivating and empowering team members to achieve results.
* Identify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasks on shift.
* Provide colleagues with development opportunities and adopt a coaching style.
* Review, assess, and manage absence levels within the team.
* Recruit, induct, train and develop the team, providing vision, direction and support to enable them to deliver objectives and optimise performance.
* Role model and implement safety through behaviours.
* Responsible for production outputs daily and ensure materials are available at requested times by liaising with relevant departments.
* Share and replicate best practices with other lines and colleagues to improve production performance, quality, safety and environment.
* Maintain high standards of time‑keeping and attendance.
