About Our Client
As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in delivering HR services across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You'll work closely with local teams and leadership to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR support.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA offices
4. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
5. Advise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictions
6. Support performance management and employee relations
7. Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
8. Collaborate on global HR initiatives and projects
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
9. Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposure
10. Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countries
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
12. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
13. CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
