Primary Purpose : The role is varied and interesting, working with leading technologies in a school who are investing in enterprise grade infrastructure to support next generation teaching and learning.. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving all user support issues, as well as administration of the school's network and IT systems. To be considered for this role, you must have experience of supporting and administering some of the following technologies: - Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365 - Microsoft Server 2019 / 2022 - Wired and wireless networks, firewalls and content filters - PC's, Laptops, mobile devices and audio-visual systems - Intune Most importantly, as an IT Support Engineer, it is essential that you are a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service.
