Realise is recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Cambridgeshire region.
As a Trainer, your focus will be on supporting learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to succeed throughout their learning journey with Realise.
While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include:
1. Supporting a caseload of 40 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely
2. Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
3. Creating tailored solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience and develop their interests and careers
4. Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

The Salary
* Trainee or qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 3 - £27,500
* Qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 5 - £28,500
* Earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
* Significant occupational experience in an Early Years setting
* An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) is advantageous
* A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) is advantageous
* Experience in managing your own caseload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
