Management Trainee - Hospitality and Retail.
Our growing group of companies needs more managers.
We intend to recruit for potential and train to our standards.
You will need to have an aptitude for:
Responsibility
Leadership
Problem solving
Qualities such as teamwork, honesty, communication etc, go without saying.
Specific skills will be taught.
Starting on £27k and working hours as required.
You will initially work in many different areas of the businesses, including the most menial.
Before you manage any staff, you will learn how to do their jobs at least as well as they do. Like all our senior team, you will end up in a position where you are never asking anyone below you to do anything that you yourself are not capable of, or willing to do.
Assuming this stage goes well, your responsibilities and rewards will rise.
Because we are expanding and opening new businesses, a number of very senior roles will be opening up in the coming months and years.
