Overview
As a key member of the Outpatients Pharmacy team, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will deliver a welcoming, safe, and effective service that reflects the highest standards of patient care. Your role is central to maintaining positive relationships with patients, offering assistance with their pharmacy needs, and ensuring their experience is both efficient and reassuring.
By supporting the wider pharmacy team in administrative and customer-facing tasks, you will contribute directly to the department's overall performance and service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to support daily operational tasks in a busy Outpatients Pharmacy.
* Be the initial point of contact for patients and visitors accessing the hospital pharmacy.
* Deliver a safe, effective, and caring service, maintaining excellent relationships with patients.
* Support the team to help the department achieve sound business performance.
* Offer administrative and customer-facing support to the wider pharmacy team.
