As a key member of the Outpatients Pharmacy team, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will deliver a welcoming, safe, and effective service that reflects the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to support the daily operational tasks in a busy Outpatients Pharmacy.
* Act as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors accessing the hospital pharmacy.
* Deliver a safe, effective, and caring service while maintaining excellent relationships with patients.
* Support the wider pharmacy team in administrative and customer‑facing tasks, contributing directly to the department's overall performance and service delivery.
* Act as a vital link to help the team achieve sound business performance.
Qualifications
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interaction, making you a vital link between the pharmacy and the people it serves.
