Working hours
A 4 on 4 off shift pattern including weekends, from 05:30 to 18:00, averaging 40.25 hours per week.
About The Role
As a member of the Production Team, a Production Operative ensures your lines and the factory operate efficiently, meeting customer needs with the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Preparing, weighing, assembling, and packing products for dispatch
* Checking, grading, and labeling products
* Manual handling, including lifting equipment and products up to 20kg
* Preparing poultry meat products, including deboning, mincing, and shaping
* Performing duties in line with training, food safety, and health and safety guidelines
What We Are Looking For
* Teamwork and communication skills
* Attention to detail and flexibility
* Good understanding of English and basic numeracy skills
* Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential, as training is provided
