We are looking for aProgramme Administratorto be part of ourPMO teamin the UK. This role is a Fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave. What will you be doing? Your role will be to liaise with the Operational Delivery teams and PMO team to track progress and provide any administrative support as necessary to the delivery the programme. This role fits within Avonline's wider PMO team and will work collaboratively with the Operational and Commercial teams. Avonline Networks operates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services. We are specialists in building high-quality communication networks that connect millions of properties across the UK, from national fibre networks for voice and data services, to delivering the latest technology to multiple dwelling units. What will your key responsibilities be? Support the operational delivery teams in the delivery of the programme outputs and outcomes. Assist the PMO team with the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports. Chasing progress of completed works with the Operational Delivery team Assist the PMO team with administrative tasks as necessary. What competencies are we looking for? Skilled and proficient user in MS Excel/ Word Good people interfacing skills Good communication skills at all levels Hands on approach Ability to liaise effectively with client contract management representatives.
