The Role As Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering consistent sales performance while creating a positive, high-energy culture where people succeed. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a telesales / call centre sales team Drive performance against sales targets, KPIs and conversion rates Deliver regular 1-2-1s, coaching sessions and performance reviews Coach on call structure, questioning techniques, objection handling and closing Ensure a strong and active sales pipeline is built and maintained Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members Manage day-to-day operational needs including attendance, holidays and absence Identify new sales opportunities and implement improvement initiatives Use data and MI to inform decisions and improve results Lead from the front in a hands-on, results-driven environment What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with confident, commercially minded sales leaders who thrive in a target-driven setting.
