You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and maintain excellent relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies.*Key Responsibilities:** Lead, motivate, and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare.* Oversee all operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of the nursery.* Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and EYFS requirements.* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.* Drive continuous improvement and maintain high occupancy levels.*About You*You’ll be an enthusiastic and confident leader with a passion for early years education and a proven ability to manage a successful nursery.*Essential Requirements:** Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5+ desirable).* Maths qualification.* Strong leadership and people management skills.* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.* A caring, professional, and positive attitude.* Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role.*What We Offer** We are offering a 75% childcare discount.* Paycare Medical Cover -contributions towards everything from dental and optical cover to free same day GP appointments and Lifestyle Assessment.* MyGym / MyActive discounts – up to 25% off your monthly gym fees and from all your gym clothing and equipment.
