Our award-winning client, a thriving legal company who are going through an exciting period of growth, are seeking a dedicated, highly organised and skilled individual to join them as a Paralegal/Legal Executive in their Wills, Trust and Probate division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, focussed professional to support a successful and fun team, helping them provide expertise and support to their growing client base. The team provides expert legal advice and assistance to their clients throughout their journey. As part of this team, you will be an ambassador for them, helping them to maintain their reputation for excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll be a point of contact for clients - taking instructions in respect of probate matters and estate administration.
* You’ll get to run your own small case load for some of their probate matters and estate administration.
* You’ll be helping the team with the progression of probate files.
* You’ll be registering trusts on HMRC’s Trust Registration Service.
To be successful for this position:
* Proven experience as a Legal Executive/Paralegal in working within a busy Wills, Trusts and Probate team.
* CILEX qualification preferred but not essential.
* Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
* Highly organised and able to prioritise with strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Fast and accurate typing skills and dictation experience.
