About the Role
Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to work across primary and secondary schools in the Bolton and Warrington areas. These provisions cater to pupils with a wide range of needs, from mild learning difficulties to complex SEND requirements, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). You will play a vital role in creating inclusive, engaging learning environments that enable every child to achieve their potential.

Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Prior experience teaching pupils with SEND across primary or secondary settings
* Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and EHCP targets
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

Key Responsibilities
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs and EHCP objectives.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND, from mild to complex.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs to ensure holistic support.
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes engagement and progress.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing detailed feedback and contributing to review meetings.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and promote positive emotional wellbeing.
* Foster strong relationships with pupils, families, and external agencies to support continuity of care.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
