Responsibilities
* Negotiating and contracting with local accommodation and other suppliers
* Communication and coordination with company suppliers for day to day, special requests, and needs
* Assisting Tour Operators at contracting stage
* Contract inputting in company’s system
* Management of Non-Bookable Content and Health & Safety
* Hotel inventory management and procurement
* Business Intelligence and market analysis
* Travelling to tourism fairs and workshops
* Assisting the Contracting Director in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team and department as well as overseeing and optimizing the team performance while assisting in various operational tasks.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-year experience in a contracting manager role in tourism
* Pleasant personality
* Ability to negotiate with company’s suppliers
* Computer literate
* Good communication in English (other languages would be consider an asset)
* Attention to detail
