We are looking to recruit a Retirement Living Scheme Manager on an ongoing, temporary basis in Helsby. This is a full-time role, contracted at 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
You'll be based in a large, modern, retirement living scheme and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused, housing and tenancy management service across the scheme, maximising performance and ie for the group.
Your new role
1. Oversee allocations and lettings to meet void targets and maximise ie for the group
2. Low-level Anti-Social Behaviour interventions and tenancy enforcement where appropriate
3. Ensuringpliance with health & safety legislation, carrying out routine testing of safety equipment and recording/managing all incidents
4. General admin duties including managing purchase orders and invoices
5. Arranging, promoting and leading at customer meetings, listening and responding to feedback in line with customer values
6. Enable various events and activities within the scheme to encourage resident engagement
7. Effective partnership working with colleagues, stakeholders, care providers and on-site businesses
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience of delivering key housing & tenancy management functions including allocations, lettings, low level ASB management and voids control
9. Good knowledge and understanding of housing management legislation and best practice
10. Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group, ideally the elderly
11. Ability to work alone and organise workload efficiently
12. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
