A specialist cost consultancy is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. The Quantity Surveyor will deliver professional quantity surveying services across high-end residential and prime property projects throughout the capital. This Quantity Surveyor role will involve managing key quantity surveying duties from feasibility through to completion, ensuring effective cost control and contractual management at every stage. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, consultants and project teams, maintaining structured quantity surveying processes while contributing to the continued growth of the London office. The business operates with a collaborative team structure and delivers projects for private clients, developers and investors across London and the South East. The Role As the Quantity Surveyor you will support the commercial and contractual performance of projects throughout the full lifecycle. The role will include: Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets and feasibility studies Managing tender documentation and procurement processes Advising on procurement strategies and contract selection Monitoring valuations, variations and change control Undertaking risk and value management exercises Managing interim valuations and contributing to final accounts Producing detailed financial and client reportsThe Quantity Surveyor? You will be commercially aware, client-facing and confident delivering residential projects within a consultancy environment.
