Already established across multiple European markets, the business is now strengthening its UK presence and investing in a key commercial hire to accelerate growth. The Role This is a field-based Area Sales Manager position with full responsibility for developing the UK market. You will: Develop a small number of existing UK & Ireland accounts Build new business across the territory Drive sales through the right commercial channels Position solutions upstream on industrial projects This is a high-impact, front-line role with real ownership of the market. Target Customers Compressed air / compressor distributors Design offices influencing industrial projects Industrial installers (HVAC / technical contractors) The role focuses on building a channel-driven and project-led pipeline, not direct end-user selling. Profile 5 years B2B sales experience in an industrial environment Strong track record in new business development Experience working with distributors, installers or project-based sales Autonomous, field-driven and commercially sharp A network is a plus, but the ability to open doors and build activity from scratch is key.
