Join our dynamic team at an innovative organisation that is revolutionising delivery logistics! We're looking for a Support Specialist to be a part of our Speed Mobility Partner (SMP) programme—an exciting new delivery model that meets the evolving needs of our partners and customers.
Your Role:
As a Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing on-road operations for our Speed Mobility Partners across Germany. This position is all about problem-solving, creativity, and communication. You’ll ensure that our drivers are set up for success and that we maintain our quality and volume goals!
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor On-Road Management: Track and report daily performance across all SMP partners.
* Support Communication Transition: Facilitate the transition from Chime to Slack, ensuring smooth communication.
* Update SOPs: Revise Standard Operating Procedures based on insights gained from on-road management.
* Engage with Partners: Provide real-time support and troubleshooting to SMPs and their drivers.
What You'll Bring:
* Proactive Problem Solver: A strong bias for action and the ability to operate independently.
* Effective Communicator: Proficient in both German and English, capable of concise oral and written communication.
* Tech-Savvy: Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Quip, Slack, and Chime, with an understanding of delivery apps and metrics.
* Logistics Experience: Background in delivery logistics is a plus, along with the ability to write and update SOPs based on operational needs.
