The Operations Manager will oversee both office and field-based teams, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous development and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across office and field teams. Ensure internal and client-specific KPIs are consistently met. Manage workflows to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Lead, mentor, and develop the team to meet operational and strategic objectives. Conduct employee appraisals and performance reviews. Manage budgets, support financial goals, and identify cost-saving initiatives. Drive compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients. Attend regular client review meetings. Conduct field audits to ensure quality and health & safety compliance. Skills & Experience Required: Proven leadership and management experience within the mechanical, electrical, building services, or facilities management industry. Strong decision-making, organisational, and team development abilities. Demonstrated success in KPI achievement and process improvement. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
