We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who excels at relationship building and is eager to develop professionally. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day client support while identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage and protection from within our existing client base. What You’ll Do
* Answer customer questions and provide prompt, friendly service
* Assist with policy updates, changes, and claims support
* Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
* Support customer retention by identifying opportunities to enhance coverage or provide additional services
* Collaborate with licensed team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Grow into more sales-focused responsibilities based on performance and interest
Who You Are
* A strong communicator who listens with empathy and responds with professionalism
* Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in managing daily tasks
* Driven to grow, learn, and contribute to a winning team
* Customer service experience preferred (insurance background a plus)
* Confident and comfortable having consultative conversations around insurance products
Licensing Requirement
This position requires a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license. If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Employment is contingent upon obtaining the required license, and licensing support may be provided to qualified candidates.
