About the Role
This is an exciting dual role where no two days are the same. You will:
1. Provide high-quality support to pupils across the school, acting as a TA in upper KS2 in the mornings and a Family Support Worker in the afternoon.
2. Build positive, constructive relationships with children and families, offering guidance and support to help every child thrive.
3. Work closely with staff and external agencies to ensure early help, wellbeing support, and safeguarding processes are effective.
4. Contribute to whole-school life, bringing energy, compassion, and creativity to our community.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
9. Is an experienced Level 3 TA with experience of supporting across the primary age range.
10. Is passionate about nurturing strong relationships with pupils and families.
11. An interest in PE, including inclusion PE would be beneficial.
12. Can be proactive, organised, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
13. Is committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of every child.
14. Has knowledge or experience of SEND and is enthusiastic about developing their expertise as Assistant SENDCo.
