As a Support Worker, you will:
9. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
10. Support individuals who may display challenging behaviour, using a calm, person-centred and positive approach
11. Provide companionship and emotional support
12. Help clients maintain their independence and well-being
13. Support clients in community activities and appointments
14. Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques
Requirements:
15. At least 6 months UK based experience in care and support work
16. Driving license and access to vehicle – preferred
17. A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
19. Please note: We do not offer sponsorship
20. Proven experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
21. Ability to manage situations confidently using de-escalation techniques
22. Understanding of positive behaviour support and person-centred care
