The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial part in generating new opportunities and supporting the wider sales function. You'll be responsible for booking appointments, following up on enquiries, managing CRM records and contributing to a healthy, high-performing sales pipeline.
You'll receive full training on the products and solutions offered, as well as ongoing coaching and support to help you progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Coordinate partner switches where required.
Customer Engagement
* Follow up on inbound enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
* Answer product and service questions professionally and confidently.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in all communications.
